How do I register for a class?
The best way to register for any of our classes is by filling out the form at Registration Form. Once we receive your registration we will contact you for payment information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay by check, credit card (personal or company) or company PO. Payment is not made online.
What if I have to cancel?
If you need to cancel and/or reschedule an enrollment you must notify the IT Training Center at least 5 business days prior to the course start date to receive a full refund. No refund of tuition is made for any registration not canceled at least 5 business days prior to class start date. Should you need to reschedule, you may do so at no additional charge. Payment is due upon receipt of registration.
Do you offer certification testing?
Yes, we are a testing center for Pearson VUE, Prometric and Kryterian. You must use their web sites to setup a time to take your test.
Where do you suggest I get software?
Your course registration makes you eligible to buy software from our partner at deeply discounted prices. You can purchase this online or in person at their location.

What if I need a loan for a class?
Wells Fargo has a good student loan program. Ask us for more information.
Do you rent out your training space?
Our Training Center is a great place for your employees to learn and is available for your company’s own training needs on a rental basis. We have high-bandwidth Internet access, wireless, networked computers, and multi-media presentation capabilities plus nine internet-ready, training labs with data/video projection capabilities. We also have one multi-purpose room with built-in data and video projection system and two general purpose classrooms equipped with data/video projection, VCR and audio reinforcement.Computer labs can be configured to your specifications including the installation of your software.
How do I know which level of instruction to take?
Review the course outlines at each level. If, after viewing the course outlines, you are still not sure please contact us. We will discuss the learning outcomes you hope to achieve and the skills/knowledge you currently have.
